W. Kenneth Zuk serves as the Civil Magistrate, Foreclosure Mediator and also assists with Civil Protection Orders.  He further handles scheduling conferences and any other civil matters referred to him by Judge Scott T. Gusweiler.

Magistrate Zuk served as Clermont County, Ohio Assistant Prosecuting Attorney 1973-1975; Judge of Clermont County Court 1987-1991; Assistant Public Defender in Clermont County 2006-2009; Clermont County Common Pleas Judge 2009-2010 and Clermont County Municipal Court Judge in 2011.  Magistrate Zuk has tried over 250 Jury Trials to conclusion, both civil and criminal from 1973 to 2013. 

Magistrate Zuk has presided over high profile cases and earned a reputation among prosecutors and defense lawyers as one of Greater Cincinnati’s best Judges (Cincinnati Enquirer, November 6, 2010).

In 2009, 2010 and 2011 Magistrate Zuk taught Continuing Legal Education Seminars, which covered a variety of topics from civil and criminal law updates, sexual predator classification, concurrent probation supervision and Intoxlyzer 8000.

Magistrate Zuk was in private practice, Zuk & Schaeffer Law Partnership, 1975-1978, W. Kenneth Zuk, Co., L.P.A. 1978-2009, and private practice from January 2012 to present.

Magistrate Zuk has received degrees from both Xavier University (B.S. Political Science) and J.D. Salmon P. Chase College of Law and his professional affiliations are: Member of the State of Ohio Bar Association, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio, past president of the Clermont County Bar Association and U.S. Supreme Court, and American Inns of Court.
